gourmet salsa company located in the Lehigh Valley, Pa. With 25+ years of salsa
making experience, you can say we know what we’re doing. You can feel confident
that the salsa you’re selling will exceed any expectations of even the pickiest
person.
About our salsa Our salsas
are handcrafted with only the best wholesome ingredients. We use only gluten
free, soy free, dairy free, and tree nut free ingredients. Our fruit salsas are
sweetened with organic blue agave we use no junk sugar. Our salsa fundraiser
order forms and website list the complete ingredients of every salsa.
WAYS TO
FUNDRAISE WITH US You have two
ways to sell our salsa. You have the traditional order forms and also an option
to order online and have the salsa shipped directly to them.
How much money can you make fundraising with us? You earn 50% profit; you sell the salsas for $8/jar and keep
$4/jar. That includes free delivery of the final order to your group. Say you
have a group of 50 people, and each person sells 24 salsas, your profit =
$4,800. Imagine if you have a group of 200 people and each person sold 15 jars.
Your fundraising profit would be $12,000. Your Earning
Potential
How to get started Once you
decide to get started Simply fill out our Salsa Fundraising Agreement and we’ll get the order forms to you ASAP.
Kicking off the fundraiser We always
recommend a kickoff meeting with everyone involved with the fundraiser to get
it going. That way you can answer any questions, give out the salsa fundraiser forms,
and be clear about the dates of the sale and when the fundraiser order forms
are due.
Keep everyone motivated during the fundraiser Whether you
use text, email, social media, or in-person meetings, it's a great idea to be
in contact with your group regularly during the fundraiser. We recommend
picking several dates ahead of time to send messages to the group - halfway
through, near the end, etc.
TAKE
ADVANTAGE OF RESOURCES YOU HAVE Social
media, email, texting, and in-person meetings with friends, relatives, and
neighbors are all great ways to fundraise. Usually the more ways you try, the
more success you will have. We provide you with pictures, product info, and ideas
of ways to share these.
ENDING
THE SALE Once the
fundraiser is over, simply use the spreadsheet we provide you with to tally up everyone’s
orders and email it back to us. We’ll then send you a complete list of all your
online orders. We’ll then send you an invoice with your in-person sales and credit for what you sold online. Send us a check for that amount and within
three weeks you’ll have the salsa. It’s that easy!
DELIVERY
OF THE SALSA Depending on
your location and the size of your fundraiser order, it can arrive by either
UPS, LTL Carrier, or we deliver it personally. Once you place the order, one of
our representatives will discuss with you the best way to handle the delivery
process.
FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS
That’s up to
you... Some groups hold them quarterly. We have groups that sell in the Fall to
get all the football fans and early holiday shoppers. Then they do one in the
Spring for a Cinco De Mayo-themed sale.

not! You only pay for what you sell and you don’t do so until you are ready to
place your order.
Yes, we can
work with very small groups of 1-3 all the way up to large organizations of
1000 or more. We also sell to any type of non-profit organization including
individuals who are raising money for special projects. No 501c required
There are no

We recommend
no more than a 2 - 3 week selling period including 2 weekends. Allow time for
late orders to come in.
Not until
they are opened. They have a 2-year shelf life and are good once opened and in
the fridge for 8-12 months.
Shipping of
the final bulk order is free to your organization. Shipping of individual
online orders does incur a shipping charge. The charge is determined by the
number of salsas ordered and shipping destination.
Most states
we deal with are sales tax-free since the salsas are considered a grocery item.
You will need to check to see if your state requires you to collect sales tax.
No problem!
The order forms list all the flavors with their ingredients. They are also
listed here on our website on the order page.
They are all
vegan.
Depending on
the size of the order and your location, the salsa will either ship UPS, FedEx,
an LTL Carrier, or we personally deliver it.
The salsa
arrives “Bulk Packed” which means they are sorted by flavor. We found this to
be the easiest and least chaotic way to deliver the salsas. If they are sorted
by person and not verified it becomes a huge mess if there is an error on
either end. The individual orders are very easy to pick once they have arrived.
We have a method that will be explained once the delivery is made.
We guarantee any damaged or missing products will be replaced or refunded.
